You can ask us to correct any inaccurate personal data we hold about you, or to complete any incomplete data.

Right to Erasure

You can ask us to delete your personal data ("the right to be forgotten"). We will comply unless we are required to retain the data by law.

8. Security

TipOracle implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or disclosure. These include:

HTTPS / TLS — all data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Access Controls — administrative access to systems is restricted to authorised personnel only. Log Minimisation — server logs are retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and, where required, notify affected individuals without undue delay.

TipOracle contains links to third-party websites including bookmakers, responsible gambling organisations and data providers. This privacy policy applies only to tiporacle.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of linked third-party websites and encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal data to them.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of TipOracle after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with the updated policy, please stop using the site and contact us if you wish to exercise any of your data rights.
